So when I started pole art 3.5 years ago, I had so many doubts and questions about how to start pole art.

These are all the questions I had that delayed my pole art journey by a few years, and I REALLY regret not coming across information to get me started and honestly just starting it any earlier.
What delayed my start was having so much fear and doubt and honestly – just the lack of information on the internet, and I absolutely HATE feeling uncertain. So I need to know what I’m signing up for – I mean who likes feeling uncertain, right?!
